1.The Company hereby permits the Client whereby the Client agrees to accept & use directly the Online Trading Facility provided by the Company’s system, hereinafter will be referred to as the “AnugerahSekuritas Indonesia Smart Trading (ASSIST)”. The Client is not allowed to alter, modify or misuse the ASSIST’s software / program in any form.

2.ASISST will be available to the Client if the Company has received the initial deposit along with comprehensive data and all supporting documents requirement as mentioned in point no. 3, 4, 5 and 6 (Terms for Transaction and Fund Management).

3.The Access Code mentioned above will be sent to the Client’s email address stated in the Account Opening Application Form. The Client cannot access ASSIST at the same time (multiple login) on different electronic media by using the same User ID and Password.

4.The Client fully understands and acknowledges that every purchase or sale transactions related to any and all types of securities consist of risks which may cause losses of investment. Related to the matters mentioned above, the Client hereby agrees to discharge the Company from any and all claims or liability for any loss and damage that may be suffered by the Client.

5.The Company shall not be responsible for any delays in executing orders from the Client in the event of force majeure or any other events which are beyond the control of the Company

6.All information available in the ASSIST including but not limited to news, research reports on public companies or its shares, are prepared for public use regardless of any specific investment purposes, financial conditions and/or certain needs from any other parties. Such information stated in the ASSIST is reliable, but is limited to its comprehensiveness and the accuracy of existing data. All opinions on such information might change without the Company’s obligation to provide prior notifications, and there are no parts of the information are meant to offer or to socialize its purchase or sales of securities, and/or other financial instruments. And therefore, the Company cannot be held liable for any consequences that might arise as a result from usage of such information.

The Client hereby declares to have read the manual instructions, fully understands and awares of all the risks that might arise from the Online Trading transactions and usage of ASSIST. The Client shall hold the Company harmless from and of any actions, claims, legal settlement, loss, and expenses (including Legal Advisory fees paid by the Company) that
