In accordance with the Implementation of the Anti Money Laundering and the Prevention of Terrorism Funding Program in the Financial Services Sector as stated in POJK No. 12/POJK.01/2017 and as amended to POJK No. 23/POJK.01/2019, Company is required to update Client’s data regularly, and likewise, should there be any changes Client is also required to inform the updated data or information to the Company.
